Delivery Information

Delivery Information

We will try to ship your order the same day if items are in stock and the order placed before 1pm. This is, however, not guaranteed if you select Standard Mail as we will prioritise Special Delivery orders. Should you require Next Day delivery please select Special Delivery at the checkout stage of your order.

We aim to process all orders within 1 - 5 working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and national holidays). If items are Out of Stock, we will order these in for you if you have paid for them.

Standard Mail
We may send Standard Mail orders as either First Class, First Class Recorded (requiring a signature) or Royal Mail Next Day Tracked (no signature required). This will depend on the value of your order. Please allow 1 to 5 days for Standard Mail delivery.

Next Day Delivery
If you need items delivered guaranteed before 1pm next working day, then you must order before 1pm, and select Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day during the checkout stage. Items ordered must be in stock.

If you select Special Delivery for out of stock items, then we will NOT refund you but will deliver it using the selected method as soon as we receive stock.

Tracking Number
Tracked items will have a tracking number assigned, which will available in your account. This is not available for Guest checkouts, but will be available on request.

You must provide a valid email address and contact number when creating your account as this will assist with tracking items. We will not refund postage costs or refund on goods to customers without valid contact details.

Non Standard Delivery Arrangements
We cannot honour alternate delivery requests in order comments and notes. Items will be delivered as per Royal Mail guidelines. If you are not available to receive the order, there may be instructions from the Postman or courier service for further action.

European Orders
All orders for Europe are sent Via Royal Mail Airmail and priced by weight.


Returns Policy

We are committed to providing quality products with high standards of customer services. Please contact us if you experience a problem with your order.

Inspection of delivery:
We strongly recommend that you thoroughly inspect the product on delivery before signing the delivery acceptance slip. If inspection is not possible before signing for the items, e.g. a delivery by courier, please accept the product and inspect the items as soon as possible after signing for them. In the unlikely event of obvious damage occurring in transit and you have not signed for the items, please refuse the delivery, returning the damaged goods with the driver, making a note of the problem on the delivery slip. In either case, please report any damages, faults or errors in the order to us immediately. A replacement will be ordered for you. You can email or write to us as per the contact details section.

We cannot refund or exchange any items which are signed for, have not have been reported as damaged within three working days and then subsequently reported as damaged after this period. Such damage, which could be seen on a reasonable initial inspection, for example and not exclusively, dented or scratched exterior panels, will not be accepted. This does not relate to any fault or problem found later that could not be seen easily on a reasonable initial inspection. This does not affect your guarantee or statutory rights.

Damaged Items:
Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. If you feel that your goods have experienced a rough ride during transit and have arrived damaged then please contact us.  Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details. In order to carry out any investigations, please contact us within three working days of receiving your delivery.

Missing Items:
If upon opening your delivery, you find any items missing from your order, please check all packaging; due to the nature of our business some of our products are very small. If you are certain an item is missing then please contact us. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name and contact details. In order for us to locate your missing item, please contact us within three working days of receiving your delivery.

Incorrect Items:
If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open this as we need to receive it back in the same condition as it was sent. Please contact us and provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details.

Order no longer required:
If you decide within 7 days starting the day after you receive your goods, that you no longer require your order, please contact us for return authorisation. The item is only eligible for return if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Certain items including medicines, cosmetics cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. Please contact us and provide full details including the items you wish to return, your name, order number and contact details.

Please note that we will not refund any packaging cost, delivery charges and Return postage that the buyer would incur whilst returning the unwanted order.

Returning Goods
When sending an item back to us, the parcel is YOUR responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it by registered post.

Please note that refunds can only be given to the original payment method. E.g. For a Credit Card, a refund will be given to the Credit Card that was used to make the purchase.
